These are fragmentary notes, a saving out of buffers incompleted, on Fairy and Science.
Specifically, there is a road bridging the world between Fairy and Science that does not involve taking the QuantumOut.
I am calling them “The Scientific Fairy” on a playful whim and a need for a title; Not for any insights into Fairy or OtherKin?.
By “Fairy,” I am using the words (original?) sense of Fairy as a land, but more broadly, the entirety of the imaginary existence, including the existence of such things as:

Scientists are angry because like indigenous cultures the world over, their voices have been mis-appropriated by the NewAge?.
We need to maintain a “Newtonian Attitude” to escape the tendency towards Quantum Mysticism. “Assume the world operates according to fundamental equations, and that the world at the molecular level is fundamentally meaningless and purposeless.”
Most New Agers and a very few Physicists have some notion that these can be answered, and believe that they have a basic idea of how it will work out.

But they are both wrong, and until this rift is fixed, there is no possibility of a real evolutionary spirituality.
So the question very much remains open.

I also know something about the nature of the fairy world; The trip cannot be purely “raw science,” and raw science can’t be total in its explanation.
The world of imagination has it’s own laws, and no published paper will ever be able to penetrate into the world of fairy.
It’s as if it’s not enough to have a passport from science; We also need to obtain proper credentials (a passport) from the world of fairy.
Every single individual who wishes to clearly understand the relationship between fairy and science will have to undergo initiation (passing into the subjectivity, the inner tribe) of the sacred. This is just the nature of the spiritual order, and it has always been true.
We can understand and explain the relationship in purely materialistic natural terms that any skeptic could understand. But the understanding does not equal the line crossing; It can only lead to it. And the door to the inside can only be opened by someone (or something) on the inside, not by any force from the outside. But it is ultimately you who must make the decision to step through it.
But society as a whole doesn’t understand the question, much less ability to consciously work at the answer (though unconcsious processing is a significant chunk of centuries of history.) We need clear and scientific articulation of the entire chain. When it is understood, it can be communicated in stories (movies,) and then society can make the motion, if it decides to do so. (I have faith in humanity.)
